Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, 狠狠撸 Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL鈥橠AYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the 狠狠撸鈥� full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL鈥橠AYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence. Platinum is the highest level attainable by the USGBC, showing exemplary leadership in sustainable building practices. 200 East Las Olas is managed by 狠狠撸 Property Management, the property management division of the Southeast-based full-service development firm 狠狠撸, and owned in partnership by 狠狠撸 and PGIM Real Estate, the $206.8 billion real estate investment and financing business of global asset manager PGIM.
