Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, ݺߣ Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL’DAYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the ݺߣ’ full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL’DAYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.

Founded by sisters Martina and Juliana Fracchia and best friend Camila Basigalup in 2014 as a specialty coffee shop in Argentina, OL’DAYS has evolved into a restaurant that combines unique, farm-to-table food options with direct-sourced coffees. The menu offers a variety of dishes from grass-fed short rib to plant based meals such as quinoa bowls. A must try is traditional Argentinian cheese bread called chipas. The restaurant also has an extensive brunch menu that includes items such as oats-and-yogurt pancakes filled with banana mash. OL’DAYS sources local farmed produce and artisanal products as much as possible from names such as Coffee Boutique Roasters, PUR Organics, Dal Campo and Prime Seafood among other small companies.

“We are excited to open our location on Las Olas to serve the bustling activity of new offices and residences,” Martina Fracchia said. “Our locations in New York and Miami are thriving, and we look forward to bringing that same vibrant energy to Las Olas and serving local patrons our fresh and unique menu.”

Added Carpenter: “OL’DAYS farm-to-table concept will meet the growing demand for distinctive, healthy dining options and continue the development of the Las Olas corridor as a vibrant, bustling destination.”
