狠狠撸 Tenant Project Management (STPM) announced today that it has completed the build-out for a new U.S.-based office of a leading global aircraft leasing platform company, which owns, leases, and manages commercial aircraft.
The 4,100-square-foot office suite is located at 515 East Las Olas Boulevard, also known as Las Olas Square, in downtown Fort Lauderdale. STPM worked with design firm P2 Interiors of Fort Lauderdale to complete the ten-week project, which aimed to create a collaborative workspace that reflected the lessor鈥檚 recently opened headquarters in Dublin as well as their office in Hong Kong, while incorporating its own South Florida feel.
Unique finishes included light fixtures that resemble an airport runway, creative wall murals, textured wall coverings, large glass paneling throughout, and modern furniture. In addition, the office features an inviting, open breakroom featuring two walls of uninterrupted glass that showcases a 鈥渧iew鈥� of the company鈥檚 uniformed aircraft flying over Hong Kong.
鈥淎s the first U.S. office for this tenant, it was important the space represented their quality brand and unique identity,鈥� said Adam Greco, STPM Senior Project Manager. 鈥淲e used modern and powerful design features to create a space that reflected their global operations while putting the company鈥檚 brand distinctly on display.鈥�
STPM conducts more than $35 million in office, retail and industrial build-outs per year. The group is currently underway with a new 77,000-square-foot alteration for SR Technologies at 1613 NW 136 Avenue in Sunrise.
